Sub-processors

These are the service providers that process personal information for us to run ViziCAL. We will update this page before we add a new one.

• Crazy Domains: hosts our server, including the database and all stored files. Location: Sydney, Australia.
• [PLACEHOLDER: Backup storage provider]: stores the nightly backup. The backup is encrypted on our server before it is copied, so the provider cannot read it. Location: [PLACEHOLDER: country].

• Anthropic: provides the AI model behind Ask ViziCAL AI in the desktop software and on the website. Receives the questions you ask and, if you agree, a summary of your display and settings with identifying details removed. We do not store these. Location: United States. We do not use a content delivery network, analytics or advertising services.
